Some readers may already know this but here is a tip about purchasing items on Amazon.com: You never want to go by the list price, it's usually highly inflated! I just saw this deal on Amazon: When I see a deal on Amazon.com that I think may be good, instead of comparing the list price to the sale price I always just google the item instead. Walmart has this for $59.97 , KMart $45, Toys 'R Us $59.99, etc. So $33.89 is a pretty good price (this was $29.99 earlier today, even better) but not as good of a price as when you think this retails for around $82.99 at most other stores. This inflated list price isn't too bad, I've seen a lot worse but it's a decent example. Another offender I see all the time: $129.99? Crazy! Just google it :-) Don't get me wrong, you can find some great deals on Amazon.com, just don't go by the list price... Have you ever bought something thinking it was a good deal to find out later that it wasn't?
