All AdvantEdge cardholders are eligible to earn at least 2X regular fuel discount after reaching a spending threshold.

Promotion runs from October 15, 2017 through January 1, 2018.

I don't think so , it's just a special additional gas savings - so I'm not sure why it's not letting you log in, I didn't have any issues
